The Lads first went to Lloret de Mar in 1996 aged 18. We returned in 2000 as 22 year old mature adults to reminisce. And reminisce we did - vodka watermelons, casual girthing, vomiting and coughing up green bile - I guess we haven't grown up that much!

In the two weeks out there Nick lost his virginity and Giles girthed... everything. Gilmour tried to remain sensible, only drinking 12 units a night, but his leaping around every morning singing about how wonderful it was not to have a hangover was frowned upon (specially by Dave who woke up most mornings claiming to be dead). After initial difficulties in finding the obligatory porno cards, we eventually found some - only problem was they starred a pig and a horse. We made the best of it, and the pig soon became affectionately known as Boris - he was just like one of the lads!!
