AUGUST 2003 - The lads, not having been away anywhere exotic since Costa Brava 2000, head to Cornwall!!
I arrived a couple of days into the holiday, having been unable to get off work. The lads were already in bad shape. There was the usual array of filth adorning the walls, the familiar smell of dead people, variously coloured fluids dripped from the ceiling and the bedding was quite clearly infested. Still, after a couple of days on the pop, one tends not to notice!
We were staying in the "Stag and Hen" B&B with a small army of Welsh girls, all 18 years old. Col had done his homework before coming away and got in contact with them. Big Yid's took it upon himself to maintain and nurture that contact.
We'd gone to Cornwall expecting it to be a toned down version of say Ibiza, but the clubs were every bit as wild. Girls were clambering into the podium to strip naked. Even the big mans lady decided to share her charms with the thousand or so punters in Sailors. Big Man was unimpressed to say the least.
Preston claims to have even spotted Dave in the crowd having a gander!!
